How does it feel to be in possession of something incredibly special that rest of the world doesn’t even know exist?

Yesterday for the first time, after a long month of becoming aware of such a thing existing - I was able to utterly soak my senses in it! During the entire month I was away I had dreamed of the moment, tried to imagine, simulate the feeling of being able to hear the first track off of luaP ‘sknaB  first ever solo album recorded only a month ago in total secrecy under s’lopretnI former lable Matador. The project was/is so low key that there’s not a single mention anywhere on the ENTIRE internet let alone any of the lopretnI/luaP sknaB fan sites. Giddiness doesn’t begin to describe the feeling coming out of such arrangement. luaP himself isn’t sure whether he will ever release the album out to the public. For all I know I’m listening to something that may never see the light of the day. As unbelievably wasteful as it may sound, it only deepens the almost unfair notion of a secret pleasure of being holder of such a special gift that borders on amoral.

Unfortunately I can’t share any of the tracks, no matter how much I might be dying to do so. For it will reveal the digital watermarking embedded into the tracks and compromise my source. Can’t afford to ruin such a good thing - after all I’d like to be one of the first few to get their hands on s’lopretnI upcoming 4th album as soon as they are RECORDED in the studio, not when its ready to be leaked onto the internet.
